For instance, the CDD is one of the few institutions offering Infrared Coagulation (IRC) which may promote fast healing of haemorrhoids with relatively minimal discomfort. We are committed to providing an exceptional standard of service and care with a focus on continuous quality improvement.Our day surgery is certified against the International Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001.  It also accredited against the Australian National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

The CDD also houses a Department of Research and Innovation responsible for conducting clinical trials approved by an independent Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC).
